Safe & Secure Environment
Every Clovis Kids volunteer completes a background check and ministry training to ensure your child is safe and well cared for each week.Fun, Bible-Centered Learning

What ages does Clovis Kids serve?
We offer classes for children from nursery through elementary school, with each room designed specifically for your child’s stage of development.
What will my child experience?
Your child will enjoy Bible-based lessons, hands-on activities, worship, and small-group time designed to help them know Jesus and grow in their faith.
Do parents stay with their children?
Parents check their children in before service and are asked to keep their check-in tag for pick-up. Parents attend the main service while children are in Clovis Kids.
What if my child needs me during service?
If your child needs you, we will contact you right away using the number provided at check-in.
How does Clovis Kids partner with families?
We believe parents are the primary disciplers of their children. Clovis Kids exists to come alongside families by reinforcing biblical truth and supporting faith at home.
Are all Clovis Kids volunteers background checked?
Yes. Every Clovis Kids volunteer completes a background check and ministry training before serving. Your child’s safety is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a secure, trustworthy environment for every family.
What is the process to check in my kids on Sunday?
Head to the kids check-in area
This is usually in the lobby or outside the kids’ classrooms.
Check in at a kiosk or with a volunteer
You’ll enter your phone number or last name
First-time families usually stop at the front desk to get set up
Print name tags
Each child gets a name tag
You (or the child) get a matching pickup tag — keep this!
Drop off your child
A volunteer or teacher will walk them to the correct room
You’ll hand over any needed info (allergies, diaper bag, etc.)
Pick-up after service
You’ll show the matching pickup tag
Kids are only released to the person with the correct tag (safety first)
