Wil Owens - Teaching Pastor

bio

Wil was born in 1972 and born again in 1987!  From the moment of his conversion, he knew the Lord was calling him into full time vocational ministry; he just didn’t know what that meant specifically.  The Lord allowed Wil the opportunity to be involved in various ministry settings including a prison ministry, home and foreign missions, serving on a pastoral staff, and itinerant preaching.  Eventually the Lord confirmed in his heart that he was to serve in the teaching ministry of the local church.  Before coming to CEFC in 2011 as Teaching Pastor, he served congregations in North Carolina and Kentucky.

family:

Wil and his wife, Summer, married on July 30, 1994.  They have two wonderful children, Talitha Summer and Haddon Carey.
