Meet the Staff

traci burdette, administrative assistant

Traci has worked at the church since 2006.  She married Don in 1981, and they have two daughters, Kati and Sarah.  They have been at CEFC since 1996.  She loves to read, bake, and garden, and writes real letters on paper.  Her favorite books are old and dusty and smell like intelligence and creativity.  Her favorite fiction piece is “Jane Eyre” by Charlotte Bronte.

linda lesmerises, administrative assistant

Linda has been working in the church office since 1999.  She currently serves as administrative assistant.  She likes to travel, take pictures, and for some light reading, reads C. S. Lewis.  Linda and Dan have been married since 1974 and have two daughters and two grandsons.

Education: AA in business; BA in Christian Education

peggy welles, bookkeeper

Peggy joined our staff in February 2011.  She comes to us with 10 years of experience at another church.  She tried to retire, but we called her back into service as our part time bookkeeper.  Peggy and her family were transplanted here in 1989 from southern California by her husband's job.  She's been married to Bob for 36 years, and they have two grown children, Jason and Sarah.  Her favorite ways to relax are reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, and playing games with family and friends.
